Life After Bean and Sweat Box Nigeria have come together for one purpose - to assist women at risk within Nigeria. Our aim is to reduce the negative impact women face for various reasons. Whether it is domestic violence, rape, pregnancy or more, our aim is to help women through donations, creating job opportunities, offering self defense classes, care packages and more, with the goal of creating and ensuring independence.

Our team believes that all women, regardless of socioeconomic status, religion or age, should receive support when faced with turmoil.

MISSION & VISION STATEMENT

Mission Statement:

“To empower and create opportunities for women facing issues such as domestic violence, economic hardship, rape or issues affecting their quality of life.”

Vision Statement:

“To become the NGO of choice for women to turn to for help, regardless of socioeconomic status, religion or tribe.”

OUR AIM IS TO:

Uplift women, providing a positive and supportive environment through donations, community service, workshops and more.

To provide career opportunities for women, creating long term independence.

To provide care packages for a minimum of 100 women monthly each year.

To collect donations monthly and distribute to our adopted shelters and women at risk.

To raise funds annually to provide scholarships for specialized training, ie. computer skills, cooking, accounting, etc.

PHYSICAL TIME

There will be a time when we may need your help. This could be to act as a guest speaker, to help set up for an event or to be a mentor. Volunteers are always welcome, male or female!

DONATIONS

Donations come in all forms: time, money, food, diapers, childrens' clothing, hygienic items, material needs and more. How you donate will be up to you!

EVENT SPACE

You may have a space or know of one that we can use for workshops for some of our women. These workshop will include but are not limited to education on financial freedom, self defense, self care, expectant mothers and more.

Remember, not everything has to be provided in monetary form!

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Do you own a business, or a training facility? You can hire one of our girls as a staff or train them for the future. We want to create long term independence!

SPONSORSHIP

You can sponsor a woman or a group of women. This can be in the form of education, child care, monthly provisions, hospital bills for pregnant women at risk or victims of domestic violence or rape.

VOCATIONAL SCHOOL:

NGN200,000 per person

CARE PACKAGE:

NGN480,000 per person annually

MEDICAL BILLS:

NGN50,000 and above!
