  • What are your opening hours?
    Our support team currently is on hand Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5.30 pm, and we’ll be available some evenings and weekends where possible. You can email us at info@lifeabean.com, or contact us on social media and we’ll get in touch with you within 72 business hours.
  • How long does it take to get a response after sending an email?
    We try our best to respond to all enquiries within 72 hours, remember, our team is made up of mamas too!
  • I received an error message while trying to check out. What do I do?
    Please verify that the billing information you have entered is the same as the information your bank has on file. If you enter billing information that varies from what your bank has on file, then your order will not go through. Please note that our customer service team is unable to make any changes to your order once it is processed.
  • Can I cancel or change my order when it’s processing?
    If you have placed a one-time order on our website, our Customer Service team is available to help you change your shipping address or cancel your order if requested by phone within an hour of placing it. You can send a Whatsapp message to +234 809 015 7222 or +1 234 809 802 1173 to chat for help. Please note that our customer service team is unable to make any changes to your order once it is processing. Please also note that all purhases are final.
  • What size of clothes should I order?
    Our size guide is a great start to knowing where your baby would fit! Due to the unique body shape of each baby, their size may differ from the sizing chart. Things to keep in mind when choosing the right clothing size for your little one... · How much does your little one weigh currently? · What size is your little one currently wearing? (any brand)? · Do you want your little one to grow into the clothing?
  • Do you offer exchanges?
    At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. All sales are final.
